Who We Are

In 2010, after seeing the client need, Platinum initiated and streamlined a flooring sales division. In consideration of Platinum’s vast restoration and construction services offered at the time, we found it only made sense to provide cost effective superior flooring products directly to our client base. From that point, all Platinum clients gained the benefit of purchasing flooring and installation services directly from Platinum at a fraction of the cost of other local and national retailers. These services also gave Platinum the ability to provide clients with the option of using one contractor start to completion on restoration and reconstruction projects. Platinum opened a flooring showroom in Decatur, TX providing services to wise county and surrounding areas as well as a mobile showroom system servicing commercial clients on a national level. We are happy to say our flooring is in homes of local celebrities, sports athletes, and top restaurants.

In 2011, Platinum began its National Disaster Relief branch which in turn opened the door for a construction division. Platinum Service Group has aided in national disaster efforts in hurricane Irene, Isaac and Sandy. We also facilitated in the commercial restoration efforts required in the Moore, Oklahoma tornado devastation as well as local losses from tornados throughout the years.
